As Collabria’s business needs continue to evolve, we are excited to announce the unification of our Client Experience Team and our Growth Team into a single, dynamic operating group. The change underscores our ongoing commitment to creating a unified experience while enhancing partner and cardholder satisfaction and growth.
With this change, we would like to congratulate Wanita Van Leeuwen on being appointed as Collabria’s Chief Client Experience Officer. In this role, Wanita will lead the combined teams, strengthening our credit union relationships, engaging with the National Advisory Committee, delivering robust Learning and Development experiences for our partners, and creating outstanding cardholder experiences through our Cardholder Services team.
Wanita has been serving as the Interim Chief Client Experience Officer for the past six months and brings over 30 years of invaluable experience in the credit union system to this role.
These changes mark another step in Collabria’s evolution as we build a robust and profitable program for our partners and stakeholders, providing a solid leadership foundation to achieve growth objectives.
