• Online eLearnings available on our Collabria Learning LMS via CCUA Campus. Click to enroll and complete at any time!  This suite of microlearnings takes you through the various features of the app in learnings that are each 7 minutes or less!

• MyAccount and MyBusAccount landing pages accessible by you and your cardholders:
  • The MyAccount and MyBusinessAccount landing pages are ready to support cardholders on their digital account management journey. These pages will remain permanent with dynamic messaging to continue to keep cardholders informed of the digital solutions best suited to their account management needs
  • They are also home to FAQs and How-to documents and videos to support cardholders with the onboarding process and remain a resource for them to return to as they become avid users of CardWise
