Credit Limit Increases (CLI)

How do business cardholders request a credit limit increase?

For all CLI requests:

The Primary or Guarantor on a guarantor account or the Authorized Business Respresentative (ABR) on a Non-Guarantor business account can call Cardholder Services at the number on the back of their card.Please note, in some circumstances Credit may need financials for limits under 50K.

 Lending360 Business CLI Quick Reference Guide

The Primary or Guarantor on a guarantor account or the Authorized Business Representative (ABR) on a Non-Guarantor business account can call Cardholder Support or ask their credit union to submit a Business Account Review Form to Collabria Credit for a manual business CLI request – do not submit a new application in Lending360. Please see Forms/Business Forms on Collabria Connect.

For CLI requests over 50K
